- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
- 1 cup Onions, chopped
- 1 cup Peas
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Italian herbs, to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about a cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Chicken in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add Aromatics and Vegetables by stirring in onions and garlic, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant, then adding bell peppers and any additional veggies, sautéing for another 3-5 minutes.
- Create the Creamy Sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and stirring in parmesan cheese until melted; add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce by gently folding the cooked pasta into the sauce and letting it simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
- Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with extra parmesan and herbs if desired, and serve warm.
