- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries, shredded coconut, and mini marshmallows.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipped cream, Greek yogurt, and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the whipped cream mixture over the fruit and gently fold until the fruit is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
