Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces
  • 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups dry white wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the chicken pieces in a large baking dish with the skin side up.
  3. Scatter the thinly sliced onions over the chicken.
  4. Pour the dry white wine evenly over the chicken and onions.
  5. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
