Description

A delightful Peach Danish filled with cream cheese and fresh peaches, wrapped in flaky pastry, creating a sweet and indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 ripe Peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp Milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4-6 squares.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the center of each pastry square.
  5. Layer slices of peach on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Fold corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Glaze the tops with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the warm pastries before serving.
