- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 ripe Peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp Milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4-6 squares.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the center of each pastry square.
- Layer slices of peach on top of the cream cheese.
- Fold corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Glaze the tops with beaten egg using a pastry brush.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm pastries before serving.
