- 2 ripe Fresh Peaches
- 4 oz Prosciutto
- 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 8 Fresh Basil Leaves
- Balsamic Glaze (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the peaches into wedges.
- Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each peach wedge.
- Add a small piece of mozzarella on top of the wrapped peach.
- Top with a fresh basil leaf.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your no-cook summer appetizer!
Notes
Assemble a few hours in advance but keep the balsamic glaze separate until serving to avoid sogginess. Customize with different cheeses or herbs if desired.
