Description

A delightful no-cook appetizer combining sweetness of ripe peaches, salty prosciutto, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe Fresh Peaches
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Balsamic Glaze (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches into wedges.
  2. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each peach wedge.
  3. Add a small piece of mozzarella on top of the wrapped peach.
  4. Top with a fresh basil leaf.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your no-cook summer appetizer!

Notes

Assemble a few hours in advance but keep the balsamic glaze separate until serving to avoid sogginess. Customize with different cheeses or herbs if desired.
