Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Combine the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
