Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until cooked through.
- Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
