- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup finely chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with chopped pistachios.
- Dredge each brie cube in the flour, covering all sides and shaking off excess.
- Dip the floured brie into the eggs, letting excess drip off.
- Coat the brie in chopped pistachios, pressing lightly to adhere, then place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Combine the fig jam and honey in a saucepan and heat until warmed through.
- Serve the brie bites warm with fig honey glaze drizzled on top.
