Description

Deliciously crispy pistachio crusted brie bites drizzled with a warm fig honey glaze, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with chopped pistachios.
  3. Dredge each brie cube in the flour, covering all sides and shaking off excess.
  4. Dip the floured brie into the eggs, letting excess drip off.
  5. Coat the brie in chopped pistachios, pressing lightly to adhere, then place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Combine the fig jam and honey in a saucepan and heat until warmed through.
  8. Serve the brie bites warm with fig honey glaze drizzled on top.
