Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and grate the potatoes until fine.
- Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
- Squeeze out the excess moisture from the potatoes.
- Combine the grated potatoes with salt and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into nests on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet until browned, season with black pepper and herbs.
- Fill each nest with cooked meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
