Instructions

  1. Combine 2 cups of pretzel crumbs and 1/2 cup of melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until coated and press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Blend 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the whipped cream and peanut butter mixture gently until incorporated.
  5. Scoop the filling into the prepared pretzel crust and smooth the top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
