- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (low-moisture)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 – 5 ounces prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 1 large ball burrata cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 2 – 3 tablespoons honey (plus more to taste)
- Freshly cracked black pepper (to finish)
- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh arugula
- Fresh thyme or basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
- Prepare the dough on a floured surface, rolling it out to your desired thickness.
- Add olive oil to brush over the dough and sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly.
- Bake the pizza on the preheated stone or a baking sheet for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Add torn burrata and prosciutto on top after baking.
- Finish by drizzling honey, sprinkling black pepper and red pepper flakes, and adding fresh arugula and herbs.
Notes
For best results, let the dough rise overnight in the fridge for enhanced flavor. Customize with additional toppings if desired.
