- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, approximately 12×18 inches.
- Nestle a chicken breast in the center of each piece of foil.
- Evenly distribute the halved baby potatoes, broccoli florets, bell pepper, and zucchini around the chicken.
- Drizzle a generous amount of ranch dressing over everything.
- Fold the foil over the ingredients to create sealed packets.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and slide them into the preheated oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Carefully open the packets and serve immediately.

Don’t overcrowd the packets and use fresh vegetables for the best texture. Experiment with ingredient substitutions to suit your taste.
