Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth and glossy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine the melted white chocolate with the whipped cream using a rubber spatula.
  4. Prepare the raspberry mixture by combining raspberries, sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold the raspberry mixture into the mousse gently.
  6. Layer the mousse over the cake base if using, then refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  7. Finish by pouring the gelatin or jelly topping over the mousse and chill until set.
