Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, buttermilk, milk, food coloring, vanilla extract, and melted butter until mixed.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with cream cheese glaze drizzled on top.
