Description

Golden, flaky puff pastry triangles filled with a savory mix of roasted red peppers and creamy feta cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for greasing baking sheet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cut into 4-inch squares.
  3. Combine roasted red peppers, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Take a spoonful of filling and place it in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the square over to create a triangle and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops lightly with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
