Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Chop beef into bite-sized pieces, peel and dice potatoes, slice carrots, and chop onion. Add to slow cooker.
  2. Combine in Slow Cooker: Mix beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions in the slow cooker. Scatter fresh herbs on top.
