- 1 lb Ground Beef Patties
- 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large Onion, caramelized
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 2 Potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups Rich Brown Gravy
Instructions
- Prepare the beef patties by shaping ground beef into patties, about 1/2 inch thick and season with salt and pepper.
- Brown the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Layer the browned patties at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, caramelized onions, diced carrots, and cubed potatoes on top of the meat.
- Pour the rich brown gravy over the patties and vegetables.
- Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender.
- Serve warm over creamy mashed potatoes or rice.
