Description

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef shoulder
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the beef shoulder with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix minced garlic and honey in a bowl.
  5. Place the seared beef in a roasting pan and pour the garlic-honey mixture over it.
  6. Cover the pan with foil and roast for 3-4 hours until tender.
