- 2 large Cucumbers, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Mix the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add smoked salmon to the bowl with cucumbers and onions.
- Combine the yogurt dressing with the salad, gently tossing to coat.
- Garnish with fresh dill or chives.
- Serve chilled or let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
