- 1 lb hot Italian sausage
- 28 manicotti shells
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- Mix together ground beef, hot Italian sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each manicotti shell with the meat mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed shell with a piece of bacon, securing it with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the bacon-wrapped shells in the smoker and cook for about 120 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
