- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl using a mixer until smooth and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the marshmallows and chocolate chips (if using).
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto lined baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
