Description

A vibrant and flavorful dish featuring perfectly grilled flank steak, charred corn, and a zesty cilantro cream sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Flank Steak
  • 2 ears Corn
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side to desired doneness.
  4. Toss the corn directly onto the grates, cooking until slightly charred.
  5. Blend cilantro, sour cream or yogurt, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  6. Rest the steak for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
  7. Layer sliced steak, grilled corn, avocado, and bell pepper in a bowl.
  8. Drizzle with cilantro cream sauce and serve.

Notes

To enhance the dish, consider preparing the cilantro cream sauce a day in advance for deeper flavor.
