- 500g chicken wings
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set it to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix your marinade: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the wings: Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until each piece is coated.
- Sear the wings: Heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan, then sear the wings until golden brown on all sides.
- Prepare for baking: Transfer the wings to a baking tray and pour any remaining marinade over them.
- Bake to perfection: Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot: Let them rest for a couple of minutes, then enjoy!
Notes
For best results, marinate wings a few hours in advance or overnight. Avoid overcrowding the baking tray for crispy wings.
