Description

A succulent stuffed chicken breast filled with creamy spinach, roasted red peppers, and cheese, perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself to a delicious dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing chopped spinach, roasted red peppers, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Create pockets in each chicken breast by slicing them open carefully.
  5. Stuff each pocket with the creamy spinach mixture.
  6. Sear the chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Bake the chicken in a baking dish for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
