Description

Ingredients

  • Mini Bell Peppers
  • Cream Cheese
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Herbs (like parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and gently remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Generously stuff the mixture into each mini pepper.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
