Description

A light and airy dessert combining creamy cheesecake flavors with a tart cherry topping, all without added sugars.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener (allulose or monk fruit powdered)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can (21 oz) sugar-free cherry pie filling
  • Graham crackers (sugar-free) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until it’s heavenly smooth.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar-free sweetener and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed sugar-free whipped topping using a spatula.
  4. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into serving bowls or jars.
  5. Next, spoon half of the sugar-free cherry pie filling on top.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining cream cheese mixture and cherry pie filling.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
  8. Before serving, crush the sugar-free graham crackers and sprinkle them on top.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare a day in advance for deeper flavors. This fluff is gluten-free if using gluten-free graham crackers.
