- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener (allulose or monk fruit powdered)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (21 oz) sugar-free cherry pie filling
- Graham crackers (sugar-free) for garnish
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until it’s heavenly smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar-free sweetener and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the thawed sugar-free whipped topping using a spatula.
- Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into serving bowls or jars.
- Next, spoon half of the sugar-free cherry pie filling on top.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining cream cheese mixture and cherry pie filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
- Before serving, crush the sugar-free graham crackers and sprinkle them on top.
