- 2 racks beef back ribs or beef short ribs (about 5–6 pounds / 2.3–2.7 kg)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the ribs with honey and brown sugar.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 180 minutes (3 hours), until tender.
- Remove from the oven, uncover, and let rest before serving.
Notes
Trim excess fat from the ribs for a cleaner taste. Season ahead for enhanced flavors. Can be cooked using an air fryer or a slow cooker as alternatives.
