Description

Deliciously tender beef ribs that fall off the bone, bursting with rich flavors and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 racks beef back ribs or beef short ribs (about 56 pounds / 2.32.7 kg)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the ribs with honey and brown sugar.
  3. Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 180 minutes (3 hours), until tender.
  5. Remove from the oven, uncover, and let rest before serving.

Notes

Trim excess fat from the ribs for a cleaner taste. Season ahead for enhanced flavors. Can be cooked using an air fryer or a slow cooker as alternatives.
