- Sourdough Bread
- Eggs
- Bacon

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels.
- Scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Butter one side of a slice of sourdough and place it butter-side down in the skillet.
- Layer the bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese on top of the bread.
- Top with another buttered slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Toast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip to cook the other side until browned and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
