Description

A delightful blend of crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and gooey cheese between crunchy sourdough, making breakfast an indulgent experience.


Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Cheese (Cheddar or American)
  • Butter
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels.
  3. Scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Butter one side of a slice of sourdough and place it butter-side down in the skillet.
  5. Layer the bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese on top of the bread.
  6. Top with another buttered slice of bread, butter-side up.
  7. Toast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip to cook the other side until browned and cheese melts.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
