- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives), chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the corn, heavy cream, 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Mix breadcrumbs, remaining ½ cup of cheese, fresh herbs, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the corn mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

Make-ahead option: Prepare the corn mixture a day ahead and refrigerate overnight. Add breadcrumb topping before baking.
