Description

Delightful and indulgent bites featuring a creamy blend of cream cheese and fresh raspberries, enveloped in a luscious white chocolate coating with a crunchy graham cracker exterior.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, for coating

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mashed raspberries in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in crushed graham crackers until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Melt the remaining white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
  6. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
